I bought a wireless headphone set with the understanding that if not completely satisfied I could return the item within 30 days. The headphone was defective and when I requested an RMA number, I was told that since I opened the package, it could not be returned. This begs the question: How can you tell if something is defective if you don't try it?

The policy was hidden until the request for a return was made.
