ANTOnline DISHONEST COMPANY, They Claim they have a liberal return policy, THEY WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS IF YOU OPEN BOX, EVEN ON DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE! ripoff Roswell Georgia
Company also sells through Amazon. They claim in their online information that they have a liberal return policy. (Their return policy is not to accept anything for return.)
If you purchase something from them and don't open the box or break or remove the tape that seals the box from the factory, they might accept it for return with a minimum 15% restocking fee.
If you purchase something from them, and you open it, it's yours! It doesn't matter if the item doesn't work as it should. They require that you fill out an RMA (Return Merchandise Form). You can only get this electronic form when you go online and fill out a form with your order number. This means to see this form you must have already purchased something.
When you see the way that they word the "Yes or No" questions on this RMA form, you know right away that this company is a scam.
After submitting your RMA, you will most likely receive an email response (with very poor English grammar) stating that you do not qualify for an RMA number to be issued and if you attempt to return the merchandise without an RMA# it will be refused.
If you look at their published customer satisfaction responses, you will see many that are very happy with their purchase. Look at the dates on these. This company sells thousands of items. The people that get exactly what they wanted in a timely manner give this company glowing reports, but take time to look at all the negative responses. These are the people that did not get what they ordered, received damaged merchandise, which ANTOnline says to contact the manufacturer about the problem, or only received part of their order, etc., etc.
ANTOnline's responses to the negative feedback from customers are flat out lies, I know first hand.
