I rarely write reviews but I felt the need to save people from this nightmare of a dealership. The salespeople of this dealership are highly unprofessional, rude, and trick consumers into ripoff deals. Beware of their online prices, they appear to be low but then they throw in numerous fees such as a $1,000 "reconditioning fee." They will try to guilt trip you into making a same-day purchase by saying that they will not be there the next day and a fellow coworker will steal their sale.

I fell for the trap and purchased a car under high pressure. The steering wheel was a bit on the stiff side, and aggravated what I discovered to be carpal tunnel syndrome in my left wrist. My doctor told me to get rid of the car as soon as possible since it was a trigger. I went back to the dealership in only three days, having driven a mere 20 miles with the car, and tried to work through it with them in a mature, professional manner.

The salesman named Mike replied, "We can't return the car because I made my money off it and there are more miles on it." I could not believe what I was hearing - he blatantly stated that they can't make the return because he "made his money" and I put 20 miles on the thing. I asked to speak with the manager, Hassan. He came out with a very aggressive approach, handling the situation as if he is some kind of mob boss.

I did not want to return the car, I loved it, but I had to due to a medical condition. I was willing to lose some money on a return, but he was extremely rude, cut me off, said "the deal is done" and insulted me. He also reasoned that "Mike made money off the car already". I kept trying to work it out in a mature manner, and offered to return the car at a loss of $2,000. He said he would "appraise" the vehicle and determine how much he would pay for it as a trade-in, only to purchase another vehicle from him.

This was not a trade-in - he had just sold me the vehicle 3 days prior, and the amount of miles I put on it was trivial. I am so fed up with their disturbing behavior that I will take my business elsewhere and suffer a huge loss on the car. I know for a fact that they would have done everything in their power to rip me off even more if I chose to do the trade-in.

Avoid this dealership by all means. These people will do anything to rip you off. They are not human beings, it is the trashiest dealership I have ever been to. Once you sign the papers and they get your money, if you come to them with any issues after they will treat you like absolute garbage. I don't care how good a deal may seem online, do not step a foot near this dealership. Trust me.

Not a rip-off

Unprofessional, rude and high-pressure salesmanship does not constitute a rip-off. Your dissatisfaction with the price is a case of buyer’s remorse and is not a rip-off. The dealer is under no obligation to accept a return or purchase the car from you. Nothing in your complaint supports your claim of a rip-off.
