Only hire this company if you want to pay hundreds of dollars more than you should. I feel that this company completely took advantage of my wife.
We needed our sink faucet replaced. I was traveling and my wife called Any Hour to get the job done. When the “plumber” came out he told her that the only way he could remove and replace the faucet was to either cut it off, or drop the entire sink out for a $400 bill. She thought something sounded strange so she passed on the estimate. She still had to pay a fee for them to come out and give this rip-off estimate.
That evening when I came home, I just ran it past my neighbor. He happens to be a well known custom home builder. The first thing he said was “sounds like someone tried to take advantage of you guys, let me take a look”.
He grabs a sink wrench and in five minutes he had the faucet off, and fifteen minutes later had the new faucet installed. That was it, a simple job. Had my wife approved Any Hours work not only would we have been ripped off but they would have done potentially damaging work around our granite countertops.
I would avoid this company at all cost, it is clear to me that their technicians are of the absolute lowest skill set or trained to take advantage of unknowing customers.
