Complaint Review: Anypets.com

This company is full of excuses about why they can not provide me with the service and paperwork promised to me!!

I made a poor decision of purchasing my puppy from this website. We wanted a specific breed of dog that was not available within driving distance. Wehn I recieved my poor puppy, he was in a crate with just some newspaper shreds on the bottom, and he was covered in urine and feces. The dogs hair was long and gnarly and was in desperate need of a bath and proper care. He was scared and NOT housebroken and leash trained as promised. I am lucky that he does not have any health issues as the other reports that I have read about his company.

I would NOT NOT NOT ever recommend buying a pet online expecially if it has to be shipped via air AS CARGO!! It has taken this poor pup 6 months to come around and he's made a full recovery.
