anything on wheels extremely crooked ft lauderdale Florida
In 2011 I went to AOW to look at a 2004 for explorer they had listed...The listed ticket price was a little over 7000 so I dropped 6000 on it n was financed for the rest...This being my first car that I've ever financed I assumed it would take no time at all to pay off a loan for the balance....My dealer kept telling me my payments would be low since I dropped the majority of the cost on my car...Here it is 2013 and my loan balance is 4,798!!! Mind you I've been paying on this truck since 2011 so the amount was way higher...I have no idea how a car can cost a little over 7000 I dropped 6000 on it n now in 2013 I still owe almost 5000...Now I had an accident in Oct and I refuse to pay anymore so I called and told them to come pick up the truck...I was told it would be a repo on my credit and I would be responsible for the balance after they auctioned it off...I told them I didn't care just come pick it up and yet here it is Dec and the car is still in my driveway...This place is rediculous abd the funny thing is I read the rip off reports and still gave them the benefit of the doubt....At this point I just want this car picked up!!! Buyers please DO NOT go here

Now you all say this smh...Anything on wheels waited till 2weeks after I got the car to send me the info on this loan....Nothing was told up front...As far as the repo AOW has yet to get this car out of my yard...Instead they choose to have person after person call my phone asking the same questions....At this point I don't care about the repo on my credit AOW has been such a nightmare that I just want to be done

This is a SUBPRIME dealership with a HUGE interest rate. In a loan such as this the interest is paid up front then the principle is paid down. This is called amortization and is not illegal or unethical. It is the norm. Turning the car back in is indeed a repo and was not the best decision you have made in this life!
