RIP OFF AT CHRISTMAS tried to purchase Jeff Dunham tickets for some out of state friends and was planning to travel to attend the show with them.  Paid for them in November $1340.00 called and was told they would be sent out the week before the show.  It is now 3 days before the show no tickets.  Called again and was told they didn't get ups shipment because of xmas.  Went online and found the exact same story from a guy named Jeff.  He had to pay them an extra $25.00 to have the tickets overnighted seems to me this is their scam.  I may also have to pay the $25.00 as I am traveling from VA to SC and will not make it in time since anytickets.com won't get the tickets until Monday 12/28/09 per Emma and the show is 12/30/09 Greenville BILO center is a 6 hour drive for us.  Will be very tired and probably grouchy by the time we get there was planning on traveling over the Chirstmas weekend and spending Vacation time there.  All was planned around receiving those tickets on time.  Needless to say friends haven't received their gift.

I know it has been quite a while since this report was filed but we would like to make sure it is very clear.

ALL MONEY WAS REFUNDED IN FULL!!

In this case our company made a mistake here.  We apologize for the inconvenience.  We sell tens of
thousands of tickets a year, and yes from time to time we do make
mistakes. In this case the customer was given a refund for the tickets.

When we do make mistakes we try and make it right with our customers. In
an attempt to keep our customers happy we offer refunds, upgraded
seats, tickets to alternative shows. We have many repeat customers that
know we will take care of them.

Sorry for the mistake and glad we came to a resolution on this issue.
