anytickets.com theater didn[t have any record of the tickets we had bought. Internet
We bought VERY expensive tickets for a show in Boston. Confirmation stated we would receive the tickets thru the mail two days prior to the event. Four days prior I got a call stating our tickets would be at will call becuase 'our provider hasn't sent us the tickets yet.' So, alarm bells. Subesequent emails from anytickets.com were sent to advise us not to worry, all was under control and on the day of the event an email stating their inventoru manager had confirmed with the theater our tickets were there.So at will call they did not have our tickets, no record of our name, never heard of anytickets.com. After 20 minutes they still could not find any reference to the tickets. I had anytickets.com on the phone and they kept insisting the ticktes were there. BTW we've been to this theater several times before with no ticket issues.
To say this was embarrasing and a bitter disappointment would be a significant understatement. My feeling was there never were any tickets.
