Complaint Review: anytime firntess

I would never recommend anyone to come here. I have been a member for quite some time and I must admit upon initial membership I was exctaic. More or less for the weightloss but happy to find a gym that was local and worked with my hours. Within the last couple of months Ive had trouble going there and asked to cancel. This process has given me a headache. Nobody there answers the phone and the only wasy I have been able to get in contact with the owner was to write a comment on their company website. She started off nice and concrened but that stopped shortly thereafter.

I have requested for a copy of my contract to see the cancellation policy and still no response other than I will email it to you. We are going into another month and still no copy. When I asked to cancel I recieved some BOGUS and I mean BOGUS cancellation letter that stated it would be $174 to cancel. That is outrageous. It would be more money to cancel than to keep the gym membership for the next three months. I was outraged that I waited over 2 weeks for those made up numbers. I said okay well let me get a copy of my contract and i will make that determination to cancel or not. So now that i am approaching another month where i am to be charged I still do not have my copy. Do yourself a favor an stay FAR away as possibly Each place is franchised so just stay away from the entire franchise!!!!!!!!!!!!    e
