ANZ Group ANZ Group Happybabystore is a scam Manalapan, New Jersey
I ordered a product from these crooks on October 22, 2009. They charged my credit card immediately.
After calling several times, with no one returning my calls, I emailed on November 16th; on November 17th, I received an email, telling me that the order was sent out that day.
On November 30th, I emailed them again, explaining that I had not received the order, nor was I able to track the package with the tracking number they provided. On December 1st, they responded with this:
"We pre-printed the shipping label in hopes of a delivery that did not arrive and still has not arrived. We do expect a shipment within the week or you could cancel."
That same day, I requested a refund and for them to cancel my order.
On December 2nd, they sent me an email saying that the order was canceled and that I would be refunded.
It's now December 19th, and I have not been refunded yet. I have tried to contact them about it, but no one picks up the phone or returns my calls.
Happybabystore is, by far, the worst company I have ever dealt with.
