Aol America Online fraudulent billings RIPOFF internet
AOL charged me a total of $86.70 for an account I never opened although I did have a brief account quite a while ago and promptly canceled.
They did agree to refund me in ten to fourteen days but will not refund my overdraft fee. They said it is a bank charge and therefore can't refund it.
I say it is their fault for charging me in the first place. Meanwhile I owe my bank money.
Aol has been sued many times and i can understand exactly why. In my experience of contacting them by phone I get stuck on hold for 20 to 45 minutes. Last time I called and gave them id info, they told me to hold a minute (more like 5 or 6) and laughed in the background. Completely inapropriate considering
I have been swindled.
