I buy the dell notebook with free six month AOL service, the six months will be due next monday. Last week, I call AOL toll-free 1-800-827-6364, and want to cancel this AOL service. But I am told that I can have two Service Awards. Tell the truth, I don't know what Service Award means? I asked them whether it mean that I have two month free internet? I am told that it is true. But one week after I redeemed the Service Awards, the next billing date aslo is 5-20-2003. I sent four emails to award center, but no emails is replied.

Last night, I call toll-free 1-800-827-6364 again. I told them all information about my AOL account, and I want to cancel it. But after I told them all the information about me, I am told that they can not understand me? They found my information, but they do not cancel my AOL account, and just let me to try to fax the information to them. By the way, the call took thirty minutes. I am very angry with the bad service of AOL.

Please do not trust AOL, the service is bad. I will not use it forever.
