Complaint Review: AOL / ATT

I do believe I have had enough of AOL and other comp with big names (AT&T)long distance .in a period of 3 yrs have ripped me off enough centrytel-AT&T -AOL case and point 3 yrs ago I was computer ignorant, that fact cost me over 4000.oo not counting all the pleading with my husband and my bank
I bought my computer over the net with a debit credit card I then asked for local access numbers, I begged and begged, I kept calling and calling for help they kept saying to trust them, that was AOL and AT&T, I do believe they are in this together, because my bank told me that this happens to 3 out of 5 new comers, novices. they were not local access numbers.

They failed to tell me and others that you have to first have this thru your own telephone comp, then you go to them for access, these companies and these were not the only 1,s want thru my bank no permission and took what they said was owed to them.

I am under doctors care I am in heavy depression, I am labeled passive aggressive bi-polar, I staid in my den for 2and a half yrs in total depression in lieu of this now I am getting better but here we go again, my daughter asked me to help her out with AOL, so for 2 yrs I paid for her AOL, dec of this yr she sold her comp, so I tried to cancel this AOL thing, not they went into my bank again and charged me for some thing called credit managemen, $99.00 I dont know what it is and prob will never know, I called and called for help and got the game again you're put on hold with god awful music and in 20 min they pick up and send you to some 1 else who will give you the same game, and yes this did go on for 6 hrs ,I timed it so now I am crying again to my bank and they said I have to come down and hot check my debit visa card again, now keep in mind I am a recluse, and my antidepressant drugs are now up to 200 mgs, my bank can and will verify all I have said, please keep in mind when I have to go out of my house I get very ill, and I cant stop crying day and nite nite and day this is the depression in full bloom again, now do you think any thing can be done about this, prob not- but at least I did try to.
