I cancelled my aol account on 8/26/06. I am still recieving charges to my credit card account. I called them they said I owe the money even though I cancelled the account. I asked to speak with a supervisor. One came on the phone and restated what the first person stated. I asked for his supervisor and he said he would not escalate the call. I asked for the complaint department he said there was none and he would not give me his supervisor because they follow the same guidelines. I asked for the president of the companies name and address he refused to give it to me.
