Aol Credit Alert ripoff: charged my credit card 79.99 for something I did not order and won't answer the phone Nationwide
AOL Credit Alert charged my credit card 79.99 to renew so they say for something I did not order. I tried the sample of their product and upon recieving it decided that this was something I did not need. I cancelled during the trial period like they said I could and would not be charged anything. To my surpise a charge of 79.99 showed up on my credit card statement which was a card that was cancelled. But according to the credit card they can't close the account if a charge hits that account. Surprise Surprise
