I cancelled aol about 1 year ago. I had signed up for aol credit alert for 1 year. I was under the impression after 1 year I would receive a notice either to continue service or cancel. I did not receive letter but aol automatically deducted money out of my account. I ended up bouncing a check because of this.

I called them about this they told me they had turned this over to another company. They were reimbursing the money to those who called in. But they would not reimburse my nsf of 25.00 dollars for a bounced check. I had to prove to them that by them taking money out of my account with out my knowledge caused this transaction. I'm still in the process with my bank to prove this.
