My daughter saw a pop up for free credit report. She put in her information and when she got to the last of the report it said, I could have a 3 free month to Credit Alert, she did not send it through, she hit cancel, but instead of cancelling it went through. Aol Credit Alert charged me 79.99 when I did not know about it right befor Christmas I went and wrote check for Christmas, than my checks started bouncing becouse of the 79.99 withdraw.

When it was finaly said and done I was charged over 100.00 in bank charges for none sufficent funds. I had to cover the checks that bounced and the sur charges. I called and did get someone to suppose to help but the person would not let me get a word in edgewise she talk so fast that before I could say anything she hung up on me......
