Complaint Review: AOL

AOL customer service ignoring my calls about cancellation of my account, RIPOFF! Nationwide

I signed up for a free trial period. On I called AOL and cancelled the trial membership.

Now they are saying that call did not cancel the trial membership because I called 2 months after my free trial expired. I know this is not true because I called before last day of trial... I called them few times and finaly I reched person who said that they will give me refund. Now after 3 months they keep sending me another bill for $23.90 and I never recieved my refund.

I'm searching for information to start legal action against America Online for its illegal billing activity.
