AOL FRAUDULENT BILLING CHARGES, DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT GETTING YOUR MONEY BACK! Internet

As many others have reported, I too am a VICTIM of AOL FRAUDULENT BILLING SCAMS.  I had previously cancelled ALL services that required a montlhy fee and was on a "Free" subscription.  Using only the ISP AOL.  However, many months later I discovered a $4.99/month fee that somehow misteriously started appearing.  After a phone call to AOL this started the process of removal but it wasn't until I got my bank involved that charges quickly came to an end.  

Now go forward a couple of years and I again, just discovered a new $4.99/month charge starting in April this year and went up to $7.99/month in November.  NO INFORMATION WAS EVER SENT!  I again contacted my back and disputed the charges and a chargeback has been processed by the bank and a Fraud investigation has begun.  Conversation with the CC representitive revealed that they have had NUMEROUS customers disputing similar charges!!  Do a GOOGLE SEARCH on "AOL FRAUDULENT CHARGES" and you can see why the States Attorney Generals office should investigate AOL!
