AOL is Completely Unfair!
It should be noted that aol is one of the worst ISP when it comes to a billing problem. Recently I canceled my prepaid account with them as my daughter was being sexually harrassed on line by an aol user.
I gave aol his screen name, his legal name, and his phone number and they would not do anything about it(guess he pays his bills and that's all that matters). She tried blocking him and he just signs up to a new screen name and starts bothering her again. She changed her screen name but it only took him a day to find out the new name(he goes to the same school). So, I decided to cancel out of aol.
Needless to say, they won't refund any of my money even though I'm paid up until March 11, 2002.
