AOL Netmarket, AOL Credit Alert ripoff fraudulent billing, buyer be ware of this lying company who is only trying to cheat honest people out of their hard earned money! Internet
When I signed up for AOL they insisted on me trying aol netmarket. So I agreed. The only limitation was if I did not want to use the services after 30 days I must call and cancel the service to avoid billing.
14 days later I canceled the service and took down a confirmation number. This was in January.
On my billing statement for March $79.99 was withdrawn from my account for AOL netmarket. When I called them to discuss this misunderstanding I gave her my earlier retrieved # and she told me that that was for AOL netmarket and not AOL credit alert.
The person I cancled with in January had me under the impression that I was canceled and free of billing charges.
They are supposed to be returning the money. But this has not happened yet. I expect that they will, but buyer be ware of this lying company who is only trying to cheat honest people out of their hard earned money!
