Complaint Review: AOL Netmart AOL Creditalert

I cancelled AOL in June,2002,after only 2 hours. I told them to stop everything. Now here it is October,and I check my checking account and find: $79.99 forAOL Netmart and $79.99 forAOL Creditalert taken out of my checking account without any word.

I was told when I cancelled,that all of the services were cancelled at the same time and now 4 months later they screw me real good. My daughter and I are disabled and are living on a fixed income all our money goes to bills.Now my rent check will bounce because of these crooks.

They need to be stopped and have people who think they are getting a good deal learn that they are getting the shaft.Thank You for letting me voice my report,I hope you can help me and others.
