AOL Offer not honored Miami Internet

Aol offered one free month of DSL service to get me to sign up and then billed me for it. When I called to make the claim, they said that I was lying and that there had been no such offer. When I requested a supervisor they told me they wouldn't put one on the phone for me because they had already explained everything I needed to hear.

AOL as I have found are a bunch of thieves.. They claim one thing yet do the opposite. I have had a similair incident. Their techs think they know everything... Now I am only A+ cert yet figured out problems with AOL before their so called tech support did..Correct me if I am wrong but progammers of their nature should be somewhat intelliogent correct?It is sad to say my Austrailian Shepard is smarter than a majority of their staff... Your story is all tp familiar try calling better business bureau or consumer hotline and report thethieves,...
