AOL Refused to refund reoccurring caharges after reapeated attempts to cancel paid account Internet

Aol refused to refund reoccurring monthly charges after repeated attempts to cancel billing on their website and requesting cancellation on the phone. Had to cancel my debit card to change my debit card number so that AOL could not keep billing me and debiting my bank account. After 10 ten years of being a paying customer, no need to pay for same services that are now free with other internet providers and with Aol. I recall a 60 Minutes story that depicted same issue, so evidently, nothing has chnage in AOL 's corporate culture. Its a shame that a company contiues to try to rip off long term customers with these types of stall, and refusal tactics. Thank God for being able to "refute" credit or debit card charges, but still an big inconvenence for me !  Just say NO to AOL !!
