Complaint Review: AOL

AOL is a leache sucking the blood out of innocent consumers. Over two years ago after foolishly trying some of the so-called free email minutes from the AOL cd, I quit dealing with AOL completely. I took my losses and went on. Two years later, AFTER the account had been closed for at least 12 months, they came back and changed my account for 2 months of usage fees.

I have had Juno as my home dial-up provider for over a year and have never had a moments trouble from them. AOL comes along and rips me off electronically without my permission and then will not give me my money back. I would like to file charges against them.
