Complaint Review: AOL

I was double billed by AOL, several months in a row. They claim I signed up for a second account.This is untrue.In fact I was the only one who uses my computer and would not need to have two AOL accounts I explained.Well I was told we can cancel one for you.NO I said just give me my MONEY back, but agent could not geve money back, because I used services.I argued, but this was no help. I became a VICTIM of AOL.I believe this company should go down, and I for one would go without a service than do business with this fraud company. Protect your money try to not give your credit card or checking account to anyone.Bottom Line
if you use AOL YOU WILL GET TAKEN........

AOL ARE ALL MONEY WHORES.
