my husband finally spoke to a person at aol. they said let them give us three months free and if we still wanted disconnected to call back.

he has contacted them two times and two months 28.97 has been taken from my account. and they say it is in the contract for us to pay and they will not reimburse us. the bank told me to send a certified letter to stop them b/c they can get around blocks on the account. how can you send a registered letter to a place that the address is non-existent.

i have bounced checks both times b/c of these sweet caring people and now i am not able to write checks until the whole mess is cleared up with my credit union. telecheck is holding my account hostage b/c of aol.

do not use their service. i know of 5 people in my little hamlet of a town with the same problems. i am sending them this web page so that they can fill one of these out also. i suggest you do the same thing too.
