Complaint Review: AOL

AOL ripoff -Has charged me the last 6 months for services I don't have, plus charged me twice last month Internet

I called 6 months ago and ask them to cancel my service.

They continue to bill me on my credit card,plus Sept bill they charged me twice.

They asked me for my users name and password, and tell me its not the right one.

I told them it was the only one I had, and they said they couldn't cancel till I gave them the right name.

I can't give them another name that I don't know.

So, they continue to bill me.

My credit card won't stop charging me till AOL tells them too.

So on and on it goes.
