I have had problems with AOL since I went into the sevice since FEB 28th 2002. I went into the sevice and had told them that I was going and that the service would not be used anymore. That was feb 20th 2002. I had packed my computer and everything else and put all of my things in storage until I got out in October 2002. I had been in basic training til May 5 2002 when I got my first piece of mail from home. I found out that AOL was still charging me for services that I told them to stop.

Then when I went into AIT (Advanced Initial training) I kept getting mail from my bank saying that I was still getting charged for services not being used. I got my first statement at AIT, June 20 2002. That makes FEB, Mar, Apr, May, June I was getting charged $28.80 each Month. I told My drill instructor what was going on and he said that I could call my bank and put a stop payment to stop this so I did. And I found out that a stop payment only works on amounts already charged.

In july they charged me $28.81. What a crock of s**t!. I repeatedly called AOL and they gave me a run around. I still am haveing problems with them. To this date I have gotten $345 dollars stolen from me because they will not quit charging my account. I finally after 1 year of them charging me what I Have finally had them stop having my account with them.
