AOL ripoff the business that doesn't give a dam Internet Internet
I bought a new Dell Computer, liked the idea of "Free" 6mo subscription to AOL. Thought it would be great for husband working out of state to have a dial up there. BUT I have problems with Windows 95, I can't get any type of customer service on the line, if they have such a thing. The humans I have talked to are very rude and not helpful at all. I want to cancel immediatly, but they will not give me a number to call to do this. Does anyone out there have an email or phone number I can use to get OUT of this horrible situation?

America Online cannot fix problems you are having with Windows. The only thing we can do is fix America Online problems. You need to contact your computer manufacturer or Microsoft (at $35.00 per incident). Hey, at least AOL technical support is FREE. The cancellation number for AOL is 1-888-265-8008. But cancelling AOL will not solve your problems with Windows 95.
