This is a formal complaint of a supervisor on the phone named brandy who treated my daughter rudely and threatened her with credit collections, the name on the report who pulled my rosepublishings@aol.com account name is probably the supervisor who did disconnected my account:

When we called AOL at 5:40 pm est on 1-5-05 there was a supervisor was named brandy and it was from the billing number on my cc statement i got the number from my cc statement because i was overcharged for AOL instead of $14. + i was charged $23.90 and i have dsl cable. the brandy person told my daughter she could not get a refund for the difference and that we will be reported to a credit bureau if we tried.

The women named Brandy express she was a supervisor and
that she was going to disconnect the account (rosepublishings) and she did, she put it back to the master screen (ruggieroassoc) where it was separated from, and now we lost all the other emails we had.

Rosepublishings has been separate for 3 months and now
Brandy put it back without my permission. I intend on filing a complaint in writing. I want my screen names back I never agreed to having this done.

The screen name now will never be back because by doing what brandy did she purposely now made it impossible to have this screen name rosepublishings to be a master screen name and also i lost all my emails that were under the master name.

I should be able to get a refund i have a copy of the live tech chat i had with aol the day they quoted me $14.00 not $23.90, so i am entitle to get a refund to my account and to get my screen name back.

AOL treat people the way they want, i have been a subscriber for over 9 years with 4 other screen name accounts.
