AOL ripped me off, after promising me a free month. It was bad enough that it took me forty-five minutes to dial up my QUICKER FASTER internet service, but when I called for Tech support and it took her forty-five minutes it cost me 53.00 dollars. She promised me a free month for my trouble that free month was NOT FREE. I have used AOL for 15 months and always paid on the 6th of every month. When I called Tech support on the 24th of April, She gave me the free month.I live on a fixed income and am careful with my checking account. When I recieved a over draft notice at the end of MAy, I went through the roof. Since I paid my bill on April 6th, I was paid until May 7th. When I called on April 24th., and was promised a free month I expected it to be from May until June so not only Didn't I get a free month, I had over draft fees. When I called the girl said I was right but tough. I have written twice with documentation but AOL does not care.
