Complaint Review: AOL SHOP DIRECT

These adds were poping up, and someone other than myself, had went inside one of these popups and ordered some stuff under the assumption that they were free to try for a {30 day period free trial}.

I went to the bank the next day and found that not only had they taken the full ammount out of my account, but, the other checks that i had written had also been denied with a total of $270.00 in returned insufficiant funds.

I then called the AOL SHOP ON-LINE DEPT. to find out what the hell was going on and they told me that the free trial was a {money back guarantee free trial}, then i told them, "that is not what the popup worded", and, of course, i was gave a run around about the return of my funds in my account and this lady gave me a bunch of numbers to call.

something else, when i ordered my new computer from DELL i was supposed to get 6 months free of AOL for ordering a new DELL,

ll i had a charge to my account for a months billing from AOL in the ammount of $28.90, i cant understand how they can bill me and i havent had my computer 4 months and still have two months free left. If any one can help with this problem,please e-mail me so i can get this taken care of before i get the shaft, at least my bank is working with me on correcting this problem.
