My ISP is AOL, correction... was AOL. My dial up connection cost 15.99 a month. Then after subscribing to their sugested option of antivirus for about six months, upping my bill to 18.48 a month, I received an email from aol's antivirus supplier requesting an extra 30 for continuation. As I was not made aware of any extra payments, I canceled this service following their proceedure and my bill returned to 15.99 the following month. This was about march earlier this year, 2006.

Eversince the bill has returned, unauthorised, to 18.48 a month. As I do not pay as much attention to my bank statements as I should do, I have only just discovered this deception. AS of yet I have no encouragement that I will be refunded.

Aol sucks!!! I got rid of them almost 4 years now. Try changing to xxx if you have it in your area. Its actually cheaper. I pre pay for 1 year @ $79.00 US dollars at a time as i have DSL.

sorry, allowing you to give a competitors name would instigate others to just file against their competition, to only come back later to suggest their company your comments on this policy are welcome!
