Hey! What is this $99.99 charge on my credit card?!?! And who/what is "AOL TRAVELERS ADVANTAGE"?!? Since I know I do not have AOL (I have satelite) I questioned this charge. I called the number and was told that I talked to a tele-marketer and authorized this on my card. I requested that I please get my account credited with the money, and not to ever charge me for something I know I never talked to anybody about. I was informed that this could take up to 15 days and that they would credit my account.

So now comes the fun part... It seems that this is a "normal" practice by this company, based on information from Ripoff and other internet sources. So here is what I am doing:

1) Called the company and requested my money back.
2) Called my card support center and requested help from them. I was asked to fill out the "Customer Statement of Disputed Item" on the back of my statement.
3) Contacted AOL (This is NOT AOL, just someone using that name).
4) Submitting this report..

Hopefully, I will get satisfaction..

(PS) So much the the "Do Not Call" list, this is one way around it.
