Complaint Review: AP9*24PROTECT

I had a charge on my visa card for one dollar for the past two months, I have never heard of 24protect untill it appeared on my visa bill. I had not had any purchases and did not have any balances on my account so this charge stood out like a sore thumb. I called visa and they in formed me that it was on last months bill also and it was, I just missed it. when I paid the bill in full.
This is a rip off.
