AP9*Connections Continuous charges despite cancellation Connecticut

We cancelled by phone a mail solicited membership due to non-use. AP9*Connections continued to bill our credit card. Attempts to contact them by telephone resulted in being caught in a never-ending "we're with other customers, we'll get to you soon" recording. Notifying credit card company of fraudulent charges.

I did a report on my financial software on the charges from these people. For an "annual" subscription we were charged in May 04, Oct 04, and Mar 05.
