I called my bank to dispute charges made by Ap9 USA Galleria, and two other "Ap9" "websites".
At Ap9 Galleria USA, I spoke with Dishion #18499 who refunded current month (August 2005), but was unable to refund since the start of the unauthorized charges which began in June 2005. I spoke with his Supervisor, Anthony # 8038, and was told that all three months charges of $14.95 would be refunded within the next two days.

With this company, I sited Ripoff.com's suggestions, mentioning I had notified my bank, and referred to Federal Regulation E. They became rather skiddish and wanted to rectify the situation. Thank you Ripoff.com for your help!
