Complaint Review: Ap9-galleriausa.com

I clicked on and ad to get a free K-mart gift cert. and ended up being billed $14.95 a month for two months for a co. named AP9*galleriausa.com. I researched back and found my initial transaction was with privacymatters.com for $1.00. I called their 800 number and the helped me cancel the account and told me they would refund my current months charges of $14.95. They would not refund all the money they had taken but did promise to cancel the account and give me half of my money back. I wanted to report this to help anyone else who might need the working number to get them. I just called today so I haven't received any money yet, they said it would be on my next statement, so I don't know yet if they were being truthfull or not but if more people call maybe we can get them to stop.
