AP9 Passport To Fun They have been fraudulently charging my credit card with a membership fee for the last 7 months. Norwalk Connecticut
A9 Passport to Fun has been fraudulently charging my credit card with a membership of $14.95 a month for the last 7 months. I did not authorize any payment to them and I am not a member of their club. They say they got my credit card number from Travelocity when I brought plane tickets on-line. When I pressed them to get information about how and when Travelocity gave them this information, they refused to give me any information but told me they would cancel my membership immediately. However, I was never a member. I did not sign a membership form, give them my name or any information about me, and I certainly did not authorize Travelocity to give them my credit card number. I have used Travelocity for years, but never will again. A9 Passport to Fun is a fraud and should be put out of business.

Trilegiant is using the survey to sign people up for programs that they do not want and they use the same payment info you provided for your purchase.
Even if you chose NO THANKS to the survey - there is no guarantee that they did not sign you up anyway. I am waiting to see what happens with an online purchase where I specifically noted on the order confirmation that I printed out that I chose NO THANKS. I still expect to see the fraudulent charges on my statement,
File a formal FRAUD complaint with your credit card company, the FTC and Travelocity.
