Complaint Review: AP9*passporttofun AP9*24portectplus

Saw ad on television, they were going to send a catalog, never received, yet was charge 19.80(2), called and cancelled, checked acct. charged 19.80(2) again, called and cancelled again. people there could barely speak english, ran by hispanics, nobody could find a supervisior. total cost taken from my acct. plus being charged for overdrawn 79.00. They need to be brought to justice.
