My 83 year old mother in law is basically house bound and does not travel or use discounts for gift cards, travel etc. WE discovered the $16.95 charge coming monthly on her Visa Card. She did not know what that was, and cannot remember if she ever ordered any services. She does not use the phone well and tries to avoid all solicitors. As an attorney representing her on her personal matters, I called the company to cancel the service. They would not speak with me, citing privacy. I have asked for literature to be re-sent to her. She has not received it.

I am not asking for return of any funds as the circumstances of the charges cannot be established. I am demanding cancellation yet I cannot get the "service" (which it is not) cancelled. I cannot mail a cancellation with her signature as the address cannot be found.

This company is a ripoff and needs to be stopped!
