Complaint Review: Intellius

Well apparently when you use Intellius they automatically sign you up for this privacy matters membership, a free 7 day trial and then they charge you. Well I never got any information as to them doing this and when I checked my credit card I saw this transaction pending and called them, the next day. The lady told me that since the transaction was pending she would go ahead and cancel it. Well the next day I check my credit card charges it's been accepted and posted to my account. VERY upsetting!! Especially since I was assured it would be taken care of I'm gonna call them and if they don't credit me back I will dispute it to the credit card company and let them handle it.
