Yes i did use PM Identity in Jan 2007. Opted out after the trial period, they said i was "cancelled". They continued to bang my account for 2 more months. I was able to contact them by phone, they refunded 2 months. This in 2007.

In January 2008 this year, they once again reached UNINVITED into my checking account and took 3 months at $14.95 each. Yeah i missed it in Jan, did not get my Feb statement, then saw it on March.

I had to cancel my debit card & get a new one as my bank was unable to refund the charges until i agreed.

THOSE BASTARDS MUST BE STOPPED. If you go to website & call their "phone number" you get a fax tone. I sent an email requesting a refund and the SOBs sent me back an email on how to access "my account".

If they shot people like this on sight, maybe they'd STOP preying on innocent citizens.
