i applied for a free credit report, and 30 day trial period free. i received no credit report and they charged my visa 14.95. on 3-15-05. i called them(8004360817) and they said i couldn't cancel on the phone(i called 3-23-05) and gave me an email address to cancel and refund. so far -nothing has been resolved.
