Complaint Review: AP9* Shopping Essential

Ok so I had nevr heard of this company before until I nitices this on my bank statement: PURCHASE
(AP9*SHOPPINGESSENTIAL+ 888-999-0564 CT 12-29-06 869863) ($1.00)
and I was like ummm who is that.

Then one day I called my bank to see how much money I had in my checking account and they said I had )$0. So I came home and looked on the computer and I see this:
1/9/2007 PURCHASE
(AP9*SHOPPINGESSENTIAL+ 888-999-0564 CT 01-08-07 193600) ($19.95) $0.00
1/9/2007 FEE ($3.00)

So therefore they ended up charging me $19.95 and I didn't even have enough money to cover it in my checking accout so they gave me a $3 fee. I think I should be reembursed $1 they took out the $19.95 they took and the $3 I got a fee for since i never ever gave them my card number.

I mean it seems to me like the hacked into my stuff or something and I really really think something needs to be done.
