Complaint Review: AP9 ShoppingEssentials - Shopping Essentials

Found a charge on my Bank Card of $9.95 from a company called AP9 ShoppingEssentials. I contacted my bank first, ended up having to cancel my bank card (which was now compromised) so that further charges were not charged to this account.

Contacted the company AP9 Shopping Essentials who after my insistance told me which company they had gotten my credit card information from - NORTHSTYLE clothing in Chelmsford MA. There is a SAVE $20.00 which comes up when you place your order - it is automatic. Apparently this fraudulent company got my credit information when I placed my NORTHSTYLE order.

Shopping essentials said they have cancelled my "account" (mute point - they had my credit info - and my card has been cancelled)
I tried contacting NORTHSTYLE with no luck - lines always busy, so I've sent them an email - telling them I'll never do business with them again. I can't believe a retailer would put their customers with such disregard as to put them through this kind of H E L L.
