Complaint Review: AP9*TODAYSESCAPES

While reviewing my American Express Statements, I found charges each month from December 2007 through March 2008 of $14.95 each for "Membership". I called the 800 number and was given my "Membership" number. I told the person to cancel my "membership" since I never joined. I also called American Express and reported this unauthorized charge. I was told I would be given credit for two months charges while they investigated this problem. My fault for not reviewing my statement more thoroughly each month. Lesson learned, I will review each statement carefully from now on This outfit is really a ripoff.
