Complaint Review: Apacer Lending

i was contacted by apacer lending that i was approved of a bade credit loan on june 13th,2007. needless to say i was asked the first time to put down $1500 towards the loan.i did and was told that the loan will be in my account the next business day between 3pm and 5pm. the next day i did not see anything. when i called them i was told that the lender required an additional $850 for the loan to be processed. since i did't know anything about this kind of thing, i went ahead and sent this. all this was done via moneygram. after that the same answer. but nothing came through my account. i kept trying to call them to no avail. sometimes i get through,and they would be so rude to me on the phone talking to me as if i couldn't understand them and this was their so-called supervisor "brent simmons". finally i was told that my money will be refunded to me in 10 to 15 business days. i have yet to see it. please something needs to be done about this company. help!!!!
