There are 2 small bathrooms to serve 79 RV sites. They site in their office and watch everyone who use them. They have low flow toilets and a sewer system that keeps backing up.

When use use either the restroom or shower you are expected to completely clean them. They banged on my door because I left foot prints on the floor after a shower.

I was sitting in the spa and was bitten by a brown recluse spider. We have fought small ants also in the motor home. The owner rakes the rocks in the park everyday and stirs the spiders up. You are required to have a credit card and a cash deposit. The rent is $400 + electric $75.00 per month.

Because you pay for telephone and cable modem connections you will loose those funds by leaving. You are required to give a 10 notice if you want to leave. This is a GOOD SAM PARK. I beleave that no one has the right to mistreat anyone else. A void this park at all costs.
